Our office is open Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 4:30pm. We are closed on all holidays.
You must claim your prize in person and must provide photo ID (driver's license or government issued ID) with the address on the ID matching the address on your Platinum VIP Club account before prizes will be released.
If you cannot claim your prize in person, someone in your immediate household may claim it on your behalf provided they:
1) show their photo ID (with their address matching your address) and
2) bring a copy of your prize sheet and a photocopy of your official ID with the address matching the address on your Platinum VIP Club account.
You have 30 days from the day you won to pick up your prize. Prizes will not be released after the 30 days has passed and no substitutions will be made. Please also be advised that some prizes may have time restrictions and/or expiry dates (e.g. concert tickets and movie passes) and it is your responsibility to pick up the prize before the expiry/event date. Prizes not picked up before the expiry date will be considered forfeited and no substitutions will be made.
All prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable, have no cash value and no substitutions will be made.
